症状
`test-e2e-prod-remote.ps1` 中参数名称 `$Host` 与 PowerShell 内置自动变量 `$Host`（代表 PowerShell host 实例）冲突，导致传入的主机地址无法正确传递。
根因
PowerShell 将 `$Host` 作为内置变量，无法用作自定义参数名。
修复方案
（`950734b`）：将参数名 `$Host` 改为 `$SshHost`，同步更新所有调用点。
