症状

Git commit `4283c8d`。`chain-starter/pom.xml` 中 jjwt-api、jjwt-impl、jjwt-jackson 的 scope 全部设为 `test`，导致： - 应用运行时 JWT 签名/解析因缺少 `jjwt-impl` 和 `jjwt-jackson` 而抛出 ClassNotFoundException - 影响所有需要身份认证的 API（下单、订单查询、商品管理）

修复方案

将 scope 从 `test` 改为 `runtime`： ```xml <dependency><groupId>io.jsonwebtoken</groupId><artifactId>jjwt-api</artifactId></dependency> <dependency><groupId>io.jsonwebtoken</groupId><artifactId>jjwt-impl</artifactId><scope>runtime</scope></dependency> <dependency><groupId>io.jsonwebtoken</groupId><artifactId>jjwt-jackson</artifactId><scope>runtime</scope></dependency> ```

修复命令

将 scope 从 `test` 改为 `runtime`：
