症状
`OmniTruthClient` 使用了 `reqwest` 依赖但未使用 `#[cfg(feature = "remote")]` 进行条件编译，导致默认编译时 reqwest 依赖未启用而编译失败。
根因
缺少条件编译保护，可选功能模块未被包装在 feature gate 内。
修复方案
