ROOT CAUSE: bulk snapshot (2026-09-14) sessions vs live git log (2026-09-16+) had 2-3d time gaps.
修复方案
修复 39 行，删除 40 行。改动文件: lib/git-correlator/index.js, lib/git-correlator/scorer.js
