fix: Docker Compose 本地部署修复 — 7 容器全 Healthy + 全链路打通 docker-compose.yml:
- postgres/redis 取消外部端口映射（内部网络通信）
- 健康检查 wget→curl（nginx alpine）、backend 用 node -e 代替 curl
- backend 依赖条件 condition: service_healthy

.env: 本地开发端口覆盖（9003/9443 避开本机冲突端口）

验证结果 (2026-09-12):
- postgres  healthy ✅ schema.sql 自动初始化成功
- redis     healthy ✅
- backend   healthy ✅ /api/v1/health → {'ok':true,'version':'0.2.0'}
- frontend  healthy ✅ / HTTP 200 1689 bytes
