症状
所有 /scenes/* 等前端页面返回 502 Bad Gateway
根因
docker compose build web + up -d 导致 web 容器重建，新容器获得新 IP，但 nginx 容器内存中缓存的 upstream 连接仍指向旧 IP
修复方案
docker restart clairie-nginx 刷新 upstream 连接池。nginx container_healthcheck 已用 --resolvers 自动解析，但已建立的连接池不会自动刷新
