pgvector Windows 编译 + PowerShell 环境手动激活 + mockEmbed NaN

根因

Windows PowerShell 安全沙箱禁 cmd /c 调用，nmake/cl 不在 PATH；pgvector mockEmbed 用 readDoubleBE 读取 8-byte double 返回 NaN

修复方案

① VS 编译环境手动设置 PATH=MSVC\bin\Hostx64\x64 + INCLUDE=MSVC\include;WindowsSDK\ucrt;WindowsSDK\um + LIB=MSVC\lib\x64;WindowsSDK\ucrt\x64;WindowsSDK\um\x64;$PGROOT\lib + PGROOT=C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\18 ② pgvector zip 下载替代 git clone（host key fail） ③ 手动 copy vector.dll + vector.control + vector*.sql 到 PG 目录 ④ mockEmbed 修复：h[0]/255*2-1 替代 readDoubleBE
