症状

User downloaded 9 APK versions because each fix was silently reverted. Future brand/domain changes = edit ONE YAML file.

根因

No single source of truth for APP config. Brand/appId/appName/domain/API URLs hardcoded in ~15 places. Changing brand/domain required grep across 8+ files. Every npx cap sync android overwrites strings.xml with capacitor.config.ts values.

修复方案

Established project-71/config/server.yml as ONLY source of truth. Added apps.project-13 block. Created project-71/scripts/gen-env.mjs to generate .env.production. capacitor.config.ts now js-yaml imports from server.yml. Created check-brand.mjs + GitHub Actions brand-guard.yml CI guard.
