docker nginx upstream 引用不存在服务导致 crash loop

症状
nginx 容器 Restarting (1)；宿主 18001 端口无监听；外部访问 502 Bad Gateway
根因
compose 临时移除 frontend 容器（跨云传输未完成），但 nginx.conf 里仍引用 frontend:3000 upstream，导致 nginx container crash loop
修复方案
临时 nginx.conf 把 frontend 路由改为 return 503；compose 恢复 frontend 后再还原 nginx.conf
