- 修复: 加 _OPEN_DOMAIN_EXPANDS Set 持久化已展开 domain 集合
  + wrapDomainRows 检查 dataset.wrapped guard 只给新行插 expand
  + setupDomainRowExpand 切换时维护 Set（add/delete）

## Bug 2: /api/config 缺 webhook 字段 + **明文泄露 secret** (CRITICAL)
